1. General

Welcome to Pammy Luxe. By accessing or using our website, purchasing our products, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Pammy Luxe is an online fashion retailer offering premium clothing, handbags, shoes, accessories, and related fashion products. Users must be 18 years of age or have parental/guardian permission to use our services.

2. Products

All product descriptions, images, and specifications on our site are provided in good faith. We strive to capture colors accurately, but actual physical product colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and resolution. Products listed on the site are subject to availability and may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time without notice.

3. Pricing

All prices listed on the site are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated separately during checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or update pricing at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders & Availability

All orders are confirmed only after secure payment has been successfully processed and received. Products are subject to stock availability. In the rare event that a product is unavailable after your order is placed, you will be offered an alternative replacement item, a store credit, or a full refund. We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including pricing errors, potential fraud, stock shortages, or incorrect billing information. Paid orders cancelled by us will be refunded in full.

5. Payment

Orders are dispatched and processed for shipment only after we receive a successful payment confirmation. All transaction information is processed securely through our verified payment portal.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only. Pammy Luxe is not liable for shipping delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or force majeure events. It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that accurate and complete delivery details are provided at checkout.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• Original swing tags and labels must still be fully attached.
• You must provide valid proof of purchase.

Please note: Sale items, clearance items, gift cards, personalized goods, and items showing signs of wear cannot be returned. Unless we supplied the incorrect or a defective item, return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email us at sales@pammyluxe.co.za with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damage/incorrect item.

9. Intellectual Property

All website design, text, code, graphics, logos, images, and content are the exclusive intellectual property of Pammy Luxe. No part of this website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or modified for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

10. Privacy & Accounts

Your privacy is important to us. Your personal details are strictly used to process your orders, ship your products, and provide customer support. We do not sell, rent, or share your private information with unauthorized third parties. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their accounts and passwords.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the liability of Pammy Luxe for any losses, claims, or damages resulting from your use of this site or purchase of our products is strictly limited to the purchase price paid for the relevant product.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising out of your use of this site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
